Ok, well this game looks interesting and wanted to have a thread which people who played BETA could post information on it. And those of us who haven't played BETA could get an idea of what to expect, etc. Or places to meet up in the game, etc.
Must admit its a pretty cool concept, and as long its not too competitive with the driving (I would like to just cruise personally) its gonna be a good game.

Is it hard to get money and new cars? Do I need to spend a lot online to do well?
