What do you mean by it doesn't look it? either it is too big or it isn't, it isn't a matter of perception. Your image is 400x100, 25 pixels too tall. If a don sees it he'll nuke it.

I dunno. The boss a makes the rules and we have to follow them. They have a limit in the first place as it makes the forum more readable. The exact dimensions are a bit arbitrary but they do the job.
