I'm afraid it breaks qutie a few rules.

First off if you have an image (Maximum of 400x75 and 20KB) you can only have one line of text with it.

Secondly that's over 20KB in size.

Thirdly it's animated, which although may go unnoticed for a while due to it's subtlety (I love it), will still be deleted in time once it gets seen.
