Your sig's filesize is too large. Yours is 20501 bytes while the limit is 20480 bytes.
No big loss, just resave it, paying attention to the quality setting. If it was on 98, changing it to 97 would probably do the trick. 
EDIT: If you don't feel like recompressing a lossless version you might have, you can always use this:
219 B under the limit.

Lookin' good. With a design like that you might try .png or .gif (lossless). It might be possible to get it under 20 kiB without any loss at all.

Both look identical on this monitor, a Dell 1905 FP Rev. A03. You could also make the background transparent and nicely antialiased with alpha transparency with the .png. This would make it nice for even weirdos like me who skin the forum in a different color, and you wouldn't have to worry about color changes. 
the antialiasing, i'm unsure how go about it
