I'd remove that as it's too big at 82K:

maximum dimensions of 400 x 75 pixels (width x height) and with a maximum (combined) file size of 20k.

Use imaging software such as photoshop or paint shop pro and save as jpg. Then change the compression level. You will lose some quality but give it a try. Post it here if you don't have any software and I will have a go.

Thanks simulatorman, I have photoshop but i'm very new to it and still learning, I will have a go myself but if I can't manage it I will post it up.
