testing a gtx1080 from ebay

Hi all,

Just purchased a gtx 1080 from ebay wanted to know the best way to test that the card is working correctly?
just put it in a PC run a benchmark or is there more tests that can be done?

Games and/or running a maxed benchmark on loop (heaven/3d mark).

benchmark programme or as above play games have fun and test while doing so

I'm in the habit of running the Heaven benchmark on extreme settings for around 15mins whilst monitoring the temps.
This gives me a good understanding on the cards health and whether I should reapply thermal paste.

It's a gaming graphics card, play some games on it?

Loop heaven benchmark and play BF1 for hours on end. Should be fine.
