So seeing as i had a bios corrupt on my motherboard i wanted to make sure it wasnt the psu

is there anything else i need to do and is this ok so far

i have done the paperclip test and everything looks ok
i have been through the 24 pin layout diagram and tested every +V pin which all report the correct V to less than a couple of %

is that basically it?

You can check for output ripple noise from the supply rails.
Specs for ATX v1.3 is below, have not check if the requirement for this have change for ATX v2.3.

You need an oscilloscope to do this though.
Increase ripple noise is caused mostly by faulty or worn out filter caps in the psu.

Max. Ripple & Noise (mVpp)

+12 VDC - 120
+5 VDC - 50
+3.3 VDC - 50
-12 VDC - 120
+5 VSB - 50

ah i dont have access to that tech

i suspect its ok i just wanted to see if there was anything else
