Hi all,
quick....need answers :)

My 6950 (2gb) is waiting at the shop. I'll be picking it up shortly, but i'd like to check what framerate i'm getting in BC2 with my current 5850, then compare it with the 6950.
For no other reason that curiosity really.

So, how do i do it please? I used FRAPS many years ago. Not sure if its still current though.

Advise please and thank you.

edit: my Corsair T600 and Corsair AX850 are also waiting for me :D

I can't flippin wait tbh......neither can my son as he'll be inheriting the 5850 to replace his 5770.
So,
frap
MSI Afterburner

Is one better than the other. I guess as long as i use the same for both cards i should get accurate comparisons.

Oh, and yes, this is largely in part due to BF3 release and i want the best experience i can get for my dorra. I may add a 2nd 6950 when i can afford one.

Afterburner is better as it shows what your GPU usage is, memory usage, temps, etc

For comparison, I get over 100 fps on BC2 with my dual 6950s and 2500k at 1920x1080 with everything on high and 4xAA
