You take the URL to the image and encapsulate it in tags.
The image located at [url]http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/2166/podb7049bh8.jpg[/url]
looks like
[IMG]http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/2166/podb7049bh8.jpg
