I was wondering if there was anything in particular anyone would recomend doing when testing a new water system.

What I've done so far...

- Assembled everything inside the case so it all fits together nicely
- Taken everything out filled the system with fuild and got rid of all the air.
- Pump is now turned on and running, everything seams to be working fine, no noticable leaks.

Anything else I should do? I'm going to leave it running for a while to make sure nothing starts leaking!

If everything is hooked up, the pump is running, the air is bled and there is no sign of leaks, I'd try to boot the computer. keep the side off, put some kitchen towel below any blocks to help highlight any leaks and see the rewards of all your work.

Leave it running for a minimum of 24hrs - any slow leaks should be apparent by then and are more easily found if, as said above, you use some tissue paper around each block.

Its also worth noting to make sure that as you have now bled your system does it need topping up? You don't want the pump to be sucking in little air bubbles from the res.

Thanks for the advice! I've gotta wait a few days for my CPU to arrive so will see how it goes when it does! :)
