Text Box and Submit Button Borders

Hey,

Struggling with changing the borders of my text boxes and submit button, the background of the form is white and you can't see where the boxes are.

I've tried changing the CSS and google isn't bringing me anything helpful

Edit: Also is there any way for it to email the data from the form directly to his email instead of opening a 3rd party email program like outlook?

I usually use classes though so I can get the buttons looking identical in IE and FF.
