Text Costs

Does anyone know how much it would cost to send a text from an orange UK phone to an American phone, the network is Verizon btw. Also I'm on monthly tariff with free messages and would like to know if they would be able to use my allowance?

It only tells me how much it costs to text a UK mobile that is in the USA, not a USA network

I'm not texting a friend on hol with an English mobile, they are free. I'm texting a friend who lives in the USA with an American network phone.

I think that's true but I'm not going there, so shouldn't cost anything to receive them.
