Text editor with SFTP?

Is there a text editor that allows "live" editing of files on a remote SFTP host? (Ie when I save, it saves to the sever)

I know some applications like Filezilla support this with external text editors but I am looking for a text editor with it inbuilt.

EDIT: Just realised that Notepad++ can do this...you have to be careful about right clicking on the folders or the files to create new files!
