Impossible to answer really unless we know what hardware your running.
Blurry text is normally caused by incorrect screen resolution or the monitor refresh rate set to high.
What monitor do you have and what is the refresh rate set to?

Is it an LCD monitor? First try using your autoadjust function, if that doesn't work changing your refresh rate should fix it.
It will be your refresh rate if it is a LCD monitor.
My Hyundi monitor is clearest at 60Hz on this rig, yet with my second rig its best at 75Hz (just has lines going across it - think the card is a bit old....
