text going to the wrong phone,,why???

currently have both an iphone 4 and a iphone 5 on the same icloud account. I use the 5 as my personal/private phone and the 4 is now being used as my works phone/mobex. My issue is that if somebody from work has both numbers no matter which phone they text, the text always comes through to the 5 (my personal phone) and not the works phone, which is the one they’ve text. How do I change this so that the phone that is texted actually gets the text???

Settings > Messages > Send And Receive, untick the number you don't want to use, both phones
