*first name, obvisouly not RDM, signing with my initials would be somewhat formal for my wife!

I don't want to come across as a troll, but I'm utterly flabbergasted that not only did the OP get some dead-serious replies, but that there's over 120 of them so far and going strong!

The only reason I clicked on this thread was because I expected it to be amusingly mocked to bits with cruel sarcasm, and instead I found a serious debate of text message etiquette! At first I reacted with a :rolleyes:

then as I saw that it wasn't just the first few responses that were taking the question seriously I moved on to a :confused:

then as I saw how many of them there were I was a bit :eek:

and by the time I got to the end of the page I was laughing uncontrollably with tears streaming down my eyes!

You learn something new every day I guess! Kisses to all, you guys made my night!
