Text message from vodafone

I recieved a text today claiming to be from vodafone, this is what it said:

"Want to call abroad or vote on your favourite reality TV show? Say YES to this and on 22-MAR we will lift your International & Premium Rate Bar"

It came from the number 97945 - is this genuine?

What i usually do in these circumstances is call my network provider, then they can confirm it and do it for you there and then or they can tell you it's a touter or scam

This doesn't sound like one of ours. Do you actually want to do it though? What will you gain? If it isn't one of ours (which it sounds like) by replying YES you might be subscribing to a service which is probably £2 a message or something...
