Text messages getting blocked????

Hi all

I need a little advice.
For some reason my friends phone isn't receiving any of my text messages. He says he hasn't had a message from me since before Christmas.
I can receive them from him, but he just isn't getting ant of mine. Are there any settings in Android on his or my phone that maybe blocking them??
I have an HTC M8 he has a Galaxy S4.

I know the S4 has a blocking feature which poking on the giffgaff forums previously, people do accidently add people to. Can't exactly remember the steps to getting to the block list though, I think the text and call block lists were seperate from each other as well.

More than likely a problems with the message center number, get him to try this:

Dial *#*#4636#*#*.
You will get a menu, from that select Phone Information
You will find a setting "SMSC"
Refresh it. It is most likely to retrieve the message center number
from your operator. (Or call your operator, and get the message center
number, and then update in this field)Then the problem should be resolved!
