Text to bright/white?

Has anyone seen this before? The further I scroll down my program bar the worse it gets? Spec in sig if anyone has seen this before, I have had different drivers and always the same Maybe monitor too bright but looks ok in desktop?

That looks very odd. Is that yellow crap around 'simbin' visable on your screen too or is that the jpg compression?

Thats on the screen, you know when you have installed a new program and windows highlights it in the program bar, thats the yellow crap?

Just strated pc this morning and it's gone? All clear, I'm thinking of putting just the display (7.3) drivers on and the ATi tray tools beta version, would that work ok do we think?

It may be CCC doing it now I think of it!
