text to speech software?

Hello wasn't sure where to post this so took where I may get the most replies

My problem is at work a customer wants to create a audio CD of some text which is like 2-3 letters long. Needs to be able to download a mp3 and then burn to a CD.

So I'm really just after a free software or something online to conver the text to speech and be able to download it as a mp3 file or any other audio file really.

Yes but you cannot download it and burn it to a CD?...I need something that can be burned to a CD so they can send it to someone who is blind.

Cheers mate, We use IE at work but i can download chrome no problem
