Im playing EVE-Online and when i swign my view around i see tears or more like Squares of textures on screen.. how do i stop this?

If it's tears you might just to have to enable vsync? It's a common problem on TFT's as they generally run at 60Hz but if you have decent kit you'll be running at a higher fps than that so you'll get tearing. If that's not what you're getting then I'll shut up!
