TF2 Awash with Hackers?

edit: Forgot to say. I've been searching for a good server I know people recommend Hampshire Heavies but theres just no voice comms going on there. The games are poor when you're not in vocal communication with your team. Anyone recommend a decent server with people who talk?

I've also found this a bit of a problem. Hampshire Heavies server seems laggy to me so I haven't played that much on there. I find I usually have to start the communication and even then there's only 3/4 people talking.

A lot of community servers have team speak/vent, check their site in case they do, might find em all there.
 
Seen a few dodgy people who are invuln, or snipers who seem to HS everyone and everything with every bullet. But some of them are exremely good and the sniping in TF2 is less prone to ZOMG WTF HAX SHOTS compared to css.

I played css a bit this weekend but there were some very dodgy people around, who seem to guess exactly when you come around a corner after walking around silently and not being spotted. In the end I just rushed down sidehall with P90, flash and nades when CTs bunch up near sidehall. Q many people with the 'OMG P90 NOOB' when I kill 5 of them in a rush :D

Played goldrush for about 6 hours yesterday and it was a great way to relax on a lazy sunday. Great map and great fun with the last ditch attempt to get the bomb onto the final point, or demo man spamming up the attackers when you are defending. But the best bit was rushing behind groups of Blues whilst they were charging up there medics, then suddenly 6 people BBQ'd !!! :D
