TF2 Choke problems

Hi guys

I am all of a sudden getting bad choke in TF2.

I have reinstalled Windows and drivers and copied the steam folder over but that is all.

My rates are fine. 25000/66/66

I have rebooted my router but it's still spiking badly.

Any suggestions?

Smogsy - it's all servers not just one.

Adora - My rates are fine and my fps is fine 100+

Tried all those settings still getting choke. Very frustrating
