When I first got this I put everything on full...etc, looked nice and ran great for the most part. It's just certain areas of maps that really dip framerate wise. For example the main area outside with the bridge in CTF_2fort.
So I thought I'd lower some settings, made no difference. So I put everything off or as low as it can go and it's still the same! In those certain areas of the map the framerate dips to the same number regardless of graphical settings. What's going on?
If I recall correctly I got this with CS:S too.
