TF2 graphics requirement

Hey guys, asking for a friend, whats the minimum ATI card that would run tf2 in all its glory (no need for 16AA and AF) at 1600x1200?

Anything above X1800 should rip through any Source game at that res and med-high settings. Though with HD 4xxx prices so obscenely amazing you should just make them buy one of those!
