As per the title. Since about 3-4 weeks ago, back when I was in Vista Biz 64 TF2 started lagging terribly. Reinstalled to Win 7 Pro 64 and that's no better. However, when booting to my XP partition, using the same data files for steam, it works perfectly.
Average FPS is about 20-30 with a Phenom 2 940 and a GTX 285.
Tried different nvidia drivers and it made no difference.
Turned all the graphic settings down to their lowest, no difference.
Full screen and windowed, no difference.
Defragged using the GFCdefrag program, no difference.
Deleted and redownloaded all TF2 content, no difference.
Deleted cached files for my steam user, no difference.
Anyone else had a similar problem?
