TF2 no servers after os reinstall

Hi folks,

Any suggestions as to why I can't see any servers in TF2. I dont have any filters selected and left it several minutes but nothing appears.

I had installed win7 and copied the steamapps folder back into steam after the reinstall (as i've done many times). Dont understand why its empty.

I can connect direct to a game from an IP, and have verified the game.

Didn't work unfortunatly, it was already on 2meg, but i tried every other option. Also disabled my firewall and av but still nothing in the list
