Well had a game with a couple of you guys tonight for a bit and i didnt experience any server issues expect we only seemed to play the map gold rush, i guess because there were no admins to change it or something?

Unless we arrange it here beforehand it always will be, the settings kick you off if you idle for 20-30 seconds. Meaning you can't just hang around the server waiting for somebody to join you.

I'll be on at 9 - 9.30 tonight.

Just joined and it switched to 2fort

Then it said i didn't have access to the votemap command? :confused:

THEN it kicked me saying i had an invalid steam id.

Can't play myself either, invalid steam id every couple of minutes.
I take it "uv" is running the server? it says he's suspended on his profile

Yeah, for a few more days apparently. If you look in his post history it was presumably due to posting something on MM that's against the rules (probably a "that asking price is wrong" type post..but the mods are quite strict in there).

The hardware is the same as the Left4Dead servers so I have access to it but I don't know TF2 well enough to really mess with it.

Invalid steam Id issues are still there for me too, also giving up for the night.

SB118, the switch to 2fort was due to a mapvote that must have ended just before you joined.

ahh, i tend to treat ctf maps as a server error as they don't have a payload

Hopefully I'll be on hand for any server issues..

I doubt I'll be able to play, as anti-biotics and painkillers are rendering me useless to the world, but if anything needs doing just send me an IM over Steam

Well, been mucking around helping, and being helped with achievements, on the server there this morning and evertyhing seemed very stable.

Just to note, if anybody needs help with any of the achievements maybe we could help each other out. With regards to this would it be possible to have the server auto rotate the maps as some of the achievements just can't be done on goldrush.
