I've removed the dodgy stats plugin, so the server should be good to go now

If I get the chance after the gym, I'll look at getting a better, stable stats plugin running.

These things always are until there's a sudden spike in interest and then the server usually stays busy

This is getting silly now, i'm getting kicked for idling during the setup time!

This is why the server is always empty, you can't just logon and wait for people to join you, the server kicks you after about 20 seconds of standing still.
