They come out one by one, these things are of exceptional quality and take some time. They are a brilliant way to keep the TF2 community pumped and bring in new customers. They did not all come out with TF2, Medic and Pyro are all that is left. Pyro just has to be epic now, with all the speculation.
What I find interesting isn't the quality of the CGI (incredible), but that this "Meet the" is in a different format, all the others are in a sort of documentary style, but the spy never talks to the camera.
Anyway, I wouldn't read too much into it, Valve just seem to be learning. They probably have different writers too.
