Hey all recently, or for the past few months, even, if I leave my monitor off for a medium time period it refuses to turn back on until hours later, it flashes orange, then green, then it turns itself off, then it continues to repeat that over and over again until it finally turns on, what could this be signifying? as once it's on it works fine, Many Thanks
