TFT carry cases

OCUK used to stock carry cases for 17-19" LCD displays, I was wondering if they are still available or if there is anything similar?

These are the ones that OC used to stock (and are still listed as the official UK reseller for)

I want the widescreen version. Sadly no one has them instock at the moment, here or in America. They've added me a "to be informed list" when they actually ship them to somewhere.
