TFT recommendation

Got a friend who has asked me to find a good TFT for him. He has a budget of £250 and wants a widescreen, but I've said that he should be able to get a 19" widescreen for lot less.

I'm guessing the thing to look for is low response rate, but is there anything else?

I recommend the LG 20" LCD L204WT. It can be had for £225.

I have it and it has been excellent.
