TFT Speakers knackered?

I have a 17" TFT with speakers built in. Only recently when i move the scroll on the mouse i get a weird buzzing noise coming from the speakers! They have started to emit some strange noises on their own!!

When i take the jack out of the back of the PC the noises go.

Are the speakers on their way downhill?

possibly, the only way to be sure is to try some pc speakers, if the problem goes away, then yes the monitor speakers are busted.
I dont even know if my monitor speakers work, never botherd trying them.....

If it only happens with the mouse,then also try a different mouse...
