TFT Troublesome

Hi All

I have just brought a certain brand TFT 20 Widescreen monitor and now that I have it running I notice that it has what appears to be 2 dead pixels next to each other and 5 to 6 grey or substandard pixel areas. Not what I would expect, I cant work out if the other areas are dead pixels or sub pixels they jus appear areas where the image is very slightly different to what it should be.

My monitor also had a red sticker on the box could this mean it is B grade stock?

All advice welocme except for saying that I am a fussy git!

No not the Dell I had heard bad things about that one, it begins with B and comes in 1080 by 1680 res

I dont know what this forums policy is on naming names...

there are no monitors that comes in 1080 x 1680, the Belinea does come in 1680 x 1050 thou, you mean that one?
