Monitor has to be used for gaming on pc and xbox360.

What im looking @ so far Belinea 102035W 20.1" Or Viewsonic VX2025 20" Or
LG L203WTX 20".

Hope badass sheds some light on these screens as im totally confused.

well there shouldn't be any issues connecting a PC to DVI and Xbox to VGA on the models you have listed. They are all pretty good screens, with the edge going to the Belinea and Viewsonic as compared with the LG. This is due to the fact that the LG L203WTX uses an 8ms TN Film panel (from LG.Philips) and so suffers from the drawbacks inherant to the technology. These are restrictive viewing angles, especially vertically, poor movie playback and only average black depth. On the other hand, the P-MVA panel (from AU Optronics) featured in both the Belinea 102035W and Viewsonic VX2025WM (same panel) offers much more all round performance than TN Film, with wide viewing angles, deeper black depth, smoother movie playback, and comparable responsiveness anyway to the LG. this article might help shed some light on the situation in the 20" market at the moment as there's a lot of choose from.

The Belinea and Viewsonic are certainly very popular right now, and very good all round screens. One other to consider if you're looking for a gaming 20"WS is the NEC LCD20WGX2, but this will push the budget more.

Thank you very much for your response m8.
so the dvi and vga on both screens work really well. (the nec is out of my budget).

so basically viewsonic and belinea have same screens. Has one or the other got a better set up, as viewsonic is the bigger name. altho i had a belinea CRT years back on a diamondtron tube that was great.

Any way thanks for your help m8

The Viewsonic has the edge as although the panels used are the same, the colour adjustment out of the box is better. Viewsonic tend to offer a better quality build as well
