B-Grade is always an issue as most items there is normally only one of that item in stock and the system does not update quick or enough or peoples internet cache to show its gone.
Problem is sometimes some B-grade is too keenly priced and within the window of the website updating the stock status 2-3 people could have ordered an item where there is only one.
Or sometimes for whatever reason, people order more than 1 of a B-grade item even when website shows 1.
Then B-grade system in itself can easily have stock errors from time to time.
B-grade is what it is a gamble, some people get the item and get a bargain, some miss out and some are not satisfied with the item recieved, but in general the discounts are good.
When we do mess up, we do endeavour to resolve the problem to our best ability.![]()
Fair enough but in that case I don't see a reason why you couldn't let people know sooner that the item has gone so they can cancel any plans they've put in place to be there for the delivery. Especially because a day's holiday can equate to £100's depending on what you earn.
For me personally it's fine as I live 10 minute bike ride from work so I get my one hour windows and I leave work and be there but for others it's not possible.
Maybe one to consider for the future.
