Just thought I would post this here as my USB port on the front of my evolv x became faulty so I contacted Phantek for a rma and was sent out the part and received it within a week so I would like to thank you for the great customer support with this problem.

Yeah they have really good customer support, my evolve x came with a scratched front panel and a broken clip thing on the side but they replaced em both no questions asked

Sent me plenty of spares when things have broke due to my own heavy hand or fault on new equipment.
