I Sat in my Arozzi Monza last weekend (it's around 18 months old I think?) To hear a loud cracking noise and one side of the chair basically gave way. After a good look I realised one of the screw anchors in the seat - bit the arms screw in to and support, had broken, the wood holding the anchor had broken.

So, I emailed Arozzi asking if I could buy a new base part, as no part was listed on their site.

The response I got I didn't expect, basically asked what colour the chair was and for my shipping address so they could send a whole new chair to me!!

Absolutely blown away, thank you Arozzi :)

Wow! Now that's customer service. Congrats mate :)

Definitely.

I have to say though, the new chair is much much higher quality then the old one, stitching is nicer, embroided Arozzi logo on both sides of the head rest, matt rather then gloss plastics, no awkward angles on the arms, arm padding is stiffer. Most importantly the spring tension is very high so it doesn't rock back easily.
