Well first i would just like to thank everyone that helped me, and answered my noob/newbie questions I only wanted to spend about 500/600 but you lot made me spen more like 1000

^^ Np, want to know what you all think. extreme edition has the best overclock out of the box, im not gonna overclock my system for a little while yet. Not sure on the cpu!? why not?

Got the 4200+ as its 2.2ghz and im not gonna overclock for a while.

oh well lets see what happens when i clock the 4200 then , it didnt cost much more than the 3800 anyways.

the one bonus you do have of course is the RAM clocks slower on the same CPU speed as the divider will be 11 not 10.

^ Means nothing to me but cool At least you not ripping my system too much!

Anyways as long as this system can run CSS,BF2,HL2,COD2,FAR CRY at good/max settings i will be happy

It will be a good system, like mentioned possibly not the best value for money with a couple of the parts but if it is any consolation there have been a few people complaining about Crossfire motherboards and the Nforce4 is an older and more stable chipset at the moment.

Well as i didnt want an ATI card, i think i have done ok, so maybe i could have saved £100/200 by getting the 3200+, a different mobo &maybe a different gfx card, but i think what i have will run the games i want on top settings. (or am i wrong! !)

Ah its already dispatched! ah well i will just go with what i have, in 12 months or so just upgrade the gfx card or whatever! I have saved plenty of cash doin 6 months in Afghan! what the hell!

Will the 7800GTX last 12months? Anyway i am comming from a fx5500! 2ghz cpu and 512ram This system will kick ass in my eyes!

+its my first build cant get everything wright first time

Still am i wright it will play the games i want on max settings? if so im happy

ok thanks all for your input, i have decided to keep the order. As soon as i cant play games how i want them i will upgrade again
