Order placed at the end of Jan for a dozen roses for today along with some choccies and Champagne. I ordered through the Asda Florist website. Supposedly being delivered today before 10.00 am. Thought it was a bit funny when Mrs L. didnt ring up to say they were there or anything.

I rang theirCustomer Service line "are you sure you placed the order with us as we have no record of it" yadda yadda yadda. I tells the bright spark I have the email confirmation with the reference number of the order the delivery address, payment has been made. The reason why I was speaking to her is because it was the bloomin number on the email. Yet still she doubts I ever palced the order She then says she doubts flowers will be delivered today and all she can say is she will try and ring back sometime today.

"TRY SOMETIME TODAY ???????????????????"

If they don't turn up I need to go into my local store tomorrow and they will sort an alternative out.

I give up sometimes with the general can't do attitude in this country
 
Placed mine with interflora 5:30pm yesterday - arrived this morning about 10:30 at her place of work.

See I knew it was a better idea doing this the day before.
 
Don't bother using ****ing NEXTflowers.co.uk either. I ordered a bouquet and chocs on the 1st Feb, payment was taken then too.

Delivered today? Was it heck.

I'm really disappointed - I wanted to surprise my gf at work.

Just rang CS and they said the flowers were out for delivery on the van even though they were supposed to be delivered between 8.30am-5.30pm. Got my refund, but I'm still contemplating writing to complain.
 
I requested an AM delivery from flowerstore.co.uk.

The flowers turn up at 16.50 this evening and have obviously been in the van all day because they are battered and dry as a bone with petals and leaves falling off

Someone is going to get an earbashing tomorrow!

everytime i ordered from Next they turned up in the morning, but i only ordered on the phone and not through their website.
 
Bought flowers for my other 'alf today. Far better than relying on some company to do it for me. Experience showed me that companies more than often mess up when there's a time constraint.
