Just putting my thanks out here as my Roccat Kone broke on Monday, I posted it back to OCUK on wednesday first class, thursday they received it, acknowledged that it was broken and dispatched a new one. Friday I am sitting at work cradling my new mouse waiting to head off home for a gaming weekend 
So thank you very much for awesome customer service.
All my customers coming into me store are oooing and aahing at the glowing mouse for now!
"How much is it?" they enquire, "£50" I say, "***k that" they say.
(I still think this will break again as its the mouse wheel which seems to break as standard, wish they would let me exchange it for a lachesis but ah well!)
