Just wanted to say thanks to OCUK for their stellar customer service.

I posted in another thread recently about my experience of waiting 3 and a half months to sort an RMA with a Bolton-based competitor of OCUK's. Well, when I had to do a recent RMA with OCUK it took less than a third of the time, and when I did get my card back I got a nice little upgrade from a reference 7970 to a brand new MSI TwinFrozr R9 280x, which is above and beyond anything you should expect from any retailer, so I'm very happy :D

Will definitely be buying my next GPU from OCUK for the customer service alone.
 
Yeah they have great customer service. Probably the best I've experienced.

They were very helpful and informative on the phone with me in the past few days.

Hmm, wonder if my 560ti could develop a fault and get upgraded to a 970... :D
 
Bailey is the only one that keeps me coming back to OCUK to buy stuff! Anyone else and I'd be buying elsewhere :)
 
I had a faulty graphics card about a month ago, although the guy on the phone was not willing to help, I got amazing support from Bicepo on the CS forums sorted my problem out straight away!

I have also had problems with the Bolton based competitor will refer to them as "SCAM". They don't seem to care about their customers at all.
