Just want to say thank you to the 2 guys at ocuk (sorry forgot your names) that helped me with my never ending issue with dpd recently. I had to return a monitor due to very bad ips glow. Collection was booked next day and driver didn't show. The next day ocuk rearranged collection and the driver showed up on my street and i stood at the door and he delivered a parcel to next door and drove off. Next day collection was finally picked up, in fact 2 items, one monitor for ocuk and 1 for another competitor. Somehow dpd made another mistake and mixed the returns up and each company got each others item.
OCUK contacted me right away and returned the item to me but competitor has now lost the item and both dpd and competitor refuse to take blame. The ordeal is on going and i am £320 out of pocket so far. However, the 2 guys i spoke to over 3 days were very polite and had a nice friendly chat with them and found out one of them live opposite myself a few years ago. small world.
