That delivery feeling

Just got my new 8800gtx oc and corsair 620w delivered this morning

.

How good is the feeling of brand spanking new parts being delivered, then the opening and that 'new' smell!

Can't wait to get them installed!

Haha,anyone else share my enthusiasm for newly delivered parts?

I missed delivery of my motherboard yesterday at 9.30 am, they are meant to be coming back today... no sign yet... and i aint too patient!

im dying here, got new cpu, gpu and ram sitting staring at me

Yeap, for me it's actually better than actually having the item installed.
When you have it installed, the problems start, and you find something new you really really want, such is the consumer in me.
When I got my Samsung 226BW i said I will not get a new item in a long time, since then I got:

Sennheiser HD595's
Lian-Li v600
Geil 800MHZ RAM
DS3P mobo
Flight tickets to Australia (not quite pc things)
Razer Tarantula
Razer Deathadder
Various coolers and fans

^^this all in 3 months

yeh missing the delivery sucks,fortunately today i was given a day of from work and everything came! Hope your stuff turns up soon guys!

Is it just me or if your at work you keep checking the delivery status to check that its delivered? and then you rush home to play

I got my EVGA 8800GTS and my HX520 delivered this morning, I got up at half seven so there was no chance I would miss the delivery, then I went upstairs and nearly missed the delivery when I was playing my music, If it wasent for those bright yellow vans then I would have missed it coz I would not of seen the massive yellow out of the corner of my eye.

Do you get this clicking noise when you move the PSU side to side? I do and its worrying me

Luckily i managed to shower... and sit on the pan.

Im thinking its not gonna come today after all, he came at 9.30am yesterday, The card he left says....

"We will re-attempt delivery tomorrow (mon-fri). You MUST contact the depot today/this evening if you are not available on the number on the front of this card"

But im pretty sure the details when tracked online say my parcel is back in the depot. :0/

yeah i love walking down my drive in a half daze from being woken up by a horn... Signing for the delivery... and RUNNING back up my driveway excited at whats come in the delivery.. tearing open the box to find Retail boxes that look amazing

I went to order something at 5PM (When you order after you must wait for the day after tommorow), and that exact second I went to use the internet, BT decided to do maintainence on my line >_>

Ordered it an hour later at 6PM, and now must until Thursday
