I am trying to find a certain dance/trance song that in the video features women, i think as aliens coming out of pools of water

I'm sure it was on MTV years ago, probably mid or early 90s. The DJ name is something like Tra Kasid

It is definitely on youtube because I found it a couple of years ago but cannot find it again
