I'm just about ready to make myself another computer because the one I have at the moment is quite old. Can you guy's tell me if I will have any problems putting these components together?

Motherboard - "Asus Motherboard P5N32-E SLI NF680i SLI Intel Quad core / Core 2 Extreme / Core 2 Duo SATA RAID ATX ATX Motherboard"

Processor - "Intel CPU Core 2 Quad Q6700 Quad Core 2.67GHz 1066FSB LGA775 8MB cache Retail inc.Fan"

Memory - "Kingston 4GB HyperX 800MHz DDR2 CL5 (5-5-5-15) DIMM (Kit of 2)"

Graphics Card - "BFG GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB DDR3 PCI-E Dual DVI"

HDD - "400GB Samsung SATA II 300 7200rpm 8MB cache Hard Disk Drive"

Will all of these components gell you think? :)

The Q6700 is a waste of money, just get the Q6600 and overclock it.

How much are you wanting to spend on your whole build and does this include everything, i.e the base unit, O/S, monitor, mouse etc...? :)

Im willing to spend about £1300 and Im not bothering with buying mouse, keyboard, OS, Ect. Just the base hardware. Also the thing about Overclocking, I have absolutly no Idea how to do it lol. :D

Ok, you should be able to overclock the Quad to 3GHZ+ and with good temps. Dont worry about, that you have never ovclocked before, its fairly stright forward, just read a few guides before hand. Their are also people on here that are willing to help you if you get stuck.

The Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme Heatsink is a fantastic CPU Cooler, one of the best air coolers your come across and at the pirce its going for now, its a steel.

The Abit motherboard is a fantastic p35 chipset board, very reliable, solid and great overclocking potinal. It also fully supports Intels upcoming 45nm processors (Penryn).

The Crucial Memory overclocks to 1000+ quite easily, brilliant stuff.

The 8800GTX is a fantastic card, very powerful and pretty quite too.

The Western Digital Hard Drives are very reliable and quite.

If your looking to spend as much as you are, a Soundcard is a must, it will be much better than onboard sound. The diffrence is quite a bit.

The Samsung DVD Drive connectos to your motherboard via SATA connection, this means you can cancel the onboard IDE controllerwhich will help with boot times. Also you can get rid of them ugly IDE cables.

The Corsair PSU is one of the best power supplys around, very reliable and very quite.

The Akasa case is a good case all around. Build quality is very very good and cooling is of a very high standard too.

Now you probally notice that i have added Vista Home Premium 64-Bit Edition into the spec. I have done this becuase i have also added 4GB of Memory in for you, so to ultlize it all you have to have a 64bit O/S. I know that you may not want to move to Vista 64bit just yet but i higly recomend dual booting your current version of 32bit Vista with the 64bit edition.

I know that you have Ultimate, in my eyes the extra cost of Ultimate isnt worth it. Home Premium does the job perfectly but if you need the extras in Ultimate (you really, really need them) change it to Vista Ultimate 64bit edition.

Some people may think this is a waste of money but it truely isnt. 64bit will become mainstream in the future so it dosent hurt if you already have it.
