That time of year again...(insurance renewal)

Hello fellow whatevers. It's coming up to insurance renewal for me so I'd like to get an idea of what companies you lot like and hate just so I don't get the cheapest quote and then regret it. My current insurer is eBike and whilst I've had no issues with them they are not coming up as competitive on quotes.

So far the cheapest for fully comp is £125 with Hastings Direct going down to just under £80 for TPFT with them.

So please good people of OcUK's premium sub forum, what insurer's do you hate and like (or hate less is probably more accurate

).

Hastings have been consistently the cheapest for my two bikes and numerous other quotes I've made in the last year.

Ive only spoke to insurance companies to get quotes (touch wood this is all i hope to speak to them about!)

Mce- rude, hard sell!
Motorcycles direct - lovely people
Carole nash - i actually enjoyed speaking to these guys, they dont claim to be the cheapest but they are really friendly and they listen. They will also do all they can to get the right policy at the right price for you

Sadly for me they have been the only reasonably priced company, any others and you can add at least £200-£300 to the premium (at best) with the same or more excess. At least there's something to look forward to about getting older
