Why is there such a big difference with the upload compaired to the download though?

In the process of changing to BE Pro at home lol, 24mb down and 2.5mb Up

Get the full 24mb down and 1.3mb up at the moment.

That speed test says my download is 2.7mb yet im on 4mb and i can download at 470kb from some servers. Usualy get stuck around 250-300 on others like gamespot etc.

if you're downloading at 9.91MB/s that's over 81000Kbps

why can't the bandwidth tests get that high? not got good enough servers or something?

I would guess so yeah. It did burst to that then settle at about 7.5MB/S
