On topic. Even I have given up on Halo 3. Its simply not as good as halo 2 (which was ruined by cheaters). I'm... well playing isn't the right word... Dieing in BF1943 when I'm online at the moment. But in actual fact I'm just not playing games as much as I used to. I blame halo 3 and the flood.

Developers need to start focusing on singleplayer or multiplayer, not try and do both. I want to see dedicated multiplayer games with plenty of investment in dedicated servers and infrastructure.

Just take a break and wait until ODST is out thats what I'm doing.

Hopefully by then I won't want to snap the disc in two after the first game

same with most console mp games, what ever happened to a good old server list?

and either the host admin'ing it or a vote system.

matchmaking is utter crap, especially in halo 3 where you cant even choose game-type

Should be able to, but I have to be back on the 22nd (late is fine though). If I get this job doing forensic computing (very highly likely now, I'm at the third stage of the application) then I'll claim it's pre-booked holiday.
